A Bit More of My Story

As someone who was in foster care at the age of five, raised by a single mother, and a walk-on D1 athlete, I certainly know a bit about grit and resilience firsthand. I didn't know much about the mental game back then, but now I’ve become the coach I wish I had when I was growing and competing in sports.

For over 10 years, I have coached, motivated, and inspired athletes from youth sports all the way to professional teams. I am a translator of sorts. From coaches, to athletes, to parents we are all speaking different “languages,” and I clear up communication roadblocks. This ensures there is not only understanding between all parties but improvement in results.

Two things you’ll notice about me right away: I am very positive and fun. These two traits are essential reasons why I’m good at my job—they are the secret sauce for creating great relationships with my clients and getting the results we want.

I help the athlete

develop confidence, self-efficacy, mental resilience, better sports performance—and deeper enjoyment of their sport. That’s why we got involved in sports in the first place, right?
